Our promise to you is peace of mind: if you don’t love your product, simply return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. Please review our return policy below:

• Unopened items* in original packaging with all tags returned within 14 days of purchase will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If the return is a result of our error, please contact info@jholie.com to receive your prepaid return shipping label.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 30 business days for receipt and processing of your return. Once your product has been received into our Returns Center, we will notify you via email when your return has been processed and a refund will be issued.
